All of the buses available from USA are licensed, insured and registered with the Department of Transportation | Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration or FMCSA. Vehicles that are not used for interstate service such as vans, sedans and limousines are locally licensed for intrastate service only.

Pursuant to Federal regulations, each charter bus provided by USA Bus Charter carries a minimum of $5,000,000 of liability protection for your group. Certificates of additional insurance for your group are available upon request prior to service for any charter/reservation that is paid in full.

The entire fleet of available buses, mini buses, vans, sedans and limousines are professionally maintained and meet all corporate and government standards for service. The fleet consists of new and late model vehicles in all of our markets of service including 2019/2020 year models. All operations in each local market are in compliance with the proper Federal, State or City regulations depending on the scope of operations of each vehicle.

USA Bus Charter employs a full time in house safety and customer service supervisor to oversee insurance, safety and customer care for all operations, charters and reservations.
